I began my journey as a Chef in my 20's traveling all over the world exploring and learning international flavors and cuisine. To further my knowledge in food, I became a holistic nutritionist and later obtained my degree in culinary arts.
I created and opened Thrive Sauce & Bowls, a PDX local food truck & restaurant in 2012. It was from this international influenced food business, that Thrive Sauce Co began.
My vision is to create and deliver healthy & flavorful sauces to as many people as possible so YOU too can make delicious food with ease.
With that in mind, all of my sauces are gluten-free, nut-free and vegan, cutting out the majority of ingredients that many people are found to be allegoric to.
My hope is that you enjoy them as much as I have in creating them.
