I began my journey as a Chef in my 20's traveling to over 20 countries exploring and learning international flavors and cuisine. To further my knowledge in food, I became a holistic nutritionist and later obtained my degree in culinary arts.
I created and opened Thrive Sauce & Bowls, a PDX local food truck in 2012. It was from this international influenced food truck, that Thrive Sauce Co began. My vision is to create and deliver flavor to as many people as possible so YOU too can make delicious food with ease.
With that in mind, all of my sauces are gluten-free, nut-free and vegan, cutting out the majority of ingredients that many people are found to be allegoric to.
My hope is that you enjoy them as much as I have in creating them.
