Note- the seasoning sauce we use is called Golden Mountain. It is often used in Thai and Vietnamese sauces. It provides umami and savory flavor.
The ingredient disodium 5, ribonucleotides is a natural form of glutamate and produces an umami flavor. Glutamates are found naturally in foods like mushrooms and tomatoes. We use this ingredient instead of monosodium glutamate.
